Hello, I'm Evan, the Owner of The French Crêperie.
I am currently a student athlete at the University of Alberta. I was born in France and immigrated to Canada 7 years ago.
My fondest memory growing up was baking crepes with my mom. When I was 8 my mom taught me how to bake the perfect crepe and I never stopped making them. I can’t wait to share my love for crepes with everyone.

Food safety is the number one priority of The French Crêperie. Our company respects and practices Alberta Health Services food regulations in order to ensure our customers are kept safe. We also value quality and continue to use fresh ingredients. As a company, our goal is to bake crepes with the best quality ingredients in order to create the best crepe in Edmonton.
